About Me…

Welcome!

I’m Kim Peacock, a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. My passion for mindful movement started during my Performing Arts studies. I fell in love with Yoga and Meditation in 2002 as a result of a deepening connection to myself and life as a whole. I discovered the benefits of Yoga to be physically, mentally and energetically immense, therefore inspiring me to study to become a Yoga Teacher with The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (Yoga Alliance Accredited), Bahamas in 2004. I have also studied with The Power Yoga Company London and continue my path as a student with various teachers from an array of traditions such as Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yoga Nidra and Meditation. I am passionate about Yoga Anatomy and Yoga Therapy and teach privately and in small groups for those with various ailments and musculoskeletal conditions. I also teach mindfulness for stress and anxiety reduction and teach from my heart within a warm and compassionate space sharing my personal experience and passion for movement and mindfulness. I believe Yoga and Meditation should be accessible to everyone and my aim is to support you to live a mindful life, with clarity, calm and deep connection. Before having my son I taught up to 20 Yoga classes per week in London at various studios and health clubs such as The Power Yoga Company and The Chelsea Harbour Club. Since moving to Thames Ditton and my desire to spend more time with family and slow down I hope to set up some classes in the local community and offer online classes and courses.

Being a mum to my beautiful son has taught me so much about the importance of being in the present and appreciating the small moments in life especially when it’s so easy to get bogged down with life’s demands and our high expectations of ourselves. Motherhood has deepened my understanding of mindfulness and aligning with what truly matters to me, be it spending more time with family and friends, pursuing creative endeavors or participating more in what brings me joy and a sense of inner harmony.

I am passionate about creating a space where you can find ease in your body and mind through Yoga and Mindfulness practices.

I believe that movement should be a joyful, embodying practice that helps you feel safe and at ease in both body and mind. My approach centers around intentional living, encouraging you to slow down and connect more deeply with yourself and your core values and live authentically.
